Corporate Overview
WTP was established in 1991 to provide third party administrative services to the travel insurance industry. Due to the growing demand for TPA services, WTP expanded to provide creative solutions to new market requirements. In 1994 an innovative product and service, Telephonic Medical Underwriting, was implemented. With ratings provided by actuaries, this program provides clients the ability to align claims stability risks with appropriate premium. Over the years WTP has earned a reputation as a solid, high quality service provider. Thus, the WTP Assist name has become synonymous with quality and dependability.

Travel Health Insurance Association of Canada (THIA) Membership
The Travel Health Insurance Association of Canada is comprised of organizations whose focus is providing travel insurance related services to the Canadian travel market. THIA delegates marketing, communications and government-related issues to specialized committees.
